As the IT Director at Spark/NFRIH, I led the strategic development and management of a cutting-edge Cisco Meraki network infrastructure across three locations, ensuring seamless connectivity and security. I managed multiple domains and spearheaded the rollout of 10+ MacBooks utilizing Jamf Pro for enterprise-level device management.

I provided hands-on implementation of software and hardware upgrades, optimizing system performance and security. Additionally, I designed and directed the development of an advanced online portal, automating crucial support services and resource access for staff and clients. This comprehensive portal featured:
